At One Degree, we want you to love what you wear. 
If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale
- Items without original tags
- Worn or washed items

Exchange Policy
We offer FREE size exchanges within 7 days of 
delivery. Simply contact us and we'll arrange a 
pickup and redelivery at no extra cost.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will 
replace it immediately at no cost.
